What is this?

Why is it good for language teaching?
  • Users can find presentations on most topics, which can be downloaded freely.
  • Users can tag their slides so that they can be found easily.
  • Users can even make slidecast which combines visual images with sounds.
  • Slideshare widget can be embedded into blog and websites and be easily shared on blogs, twitter and facebook with one click on the icons.  Besides, you can follow the presenter you like on facebook.

  • Videos from Youtube can be embedded into Slideshare presentations.
  • Teachers can get fantastic ideas on their lesson plans from the shared slides and videos around the world.
  • Teachers can save time on making their own slides since all the shared slides can be edit and refined according to personal needs.
  • Students can learn how to make good and effective presentations.
